Santa drift Matsuri 🎅December 12, 13 and 14th.
Dust off those drift cars and get ready for 3 crazy days of drifting.
Dec 12 - 12pm till 12am
Dec 13 - 11am till 12am
Dec 14 - 11am till 5pm.
Cost:
Pre-register/prepay - $70 for all 3 days. (You can pre-register up until Dec 11th ). If you are coming from the USA you do not need to pre-pay but please pre-register.
Pre-register/prepay $50 Saturday/Sunday
Individual days: $30 each day.
Monthly members: Pre-register $20 for the entire event or $10 each day at the door.
There will be door prizes and daily specials.
We will have $10 pizza lunch Saturday (3 slices and pop). Please pay the day of.
Here are some rules and reminders for the weekend as it will be busy and we want to keep everything as organized as possible so everyone can have fun.
Please read through it all.
1:Please park in the lot to the side of the building closest to the store. Please park close together and try to maximize space.
Don't block in anyone unless you know them.
There is lots of free street parking around. Please do not take up the spots right in front of the liquor store. There is also a parking lot across the street but I believe its pay parking or there is a time limit...please make sure to check.
2. If its raining please wipe your feet before entering the building.
3. Please do not put Pit bags on the tables. Please put pit bags underneath the table where you're sitting (I will try to make some extra storage space for bags before the weekend). I suggest bringing a pit mat to mark your spot as seats will go quick and without a bag on the table no one will know if anyone is sitting at the space. Table space will be at a premium so please only take up space in front of your chair. If we can fit 4 to a table it will go a long way to everyone having some table space.
4. Track tire is DS Racing LF3 tires only. Tires must be in good condition. If you drove on them in your driveway or garage floor, they are not allowed. We will be checking 😉 We want the floor to last a long time. Please refrain from using aluminum rims, they can damage bodies and there will be a lot of cars on track. We will have lots of sets of tires for sale if you need them.
5. There are carpet pieces on the entrance to the track, please clean your tires before entering the track. I will add some extra carpet spots. Do NOT drive on the floor and then onto the track, tires pick up dirt and then it gets on the track and then tires and the flooring get wrecked and scratched.
6.If your car breaks down on the track or battery dies, please let people know "dead car" and do not walk in front of drivers. Please use some common courtesy.
6. No chairs in the marked driver space. (Prefer no chairs at all, but I know some people need to sit, so please only have chairs outside the marked spots.) We want everyone to be able to enjoy the weekend and have a chance to drive from the good vantage points. Please no savings spots. If you leave the drivers area, let others take your spot.
7. No shoes on the track. If you are recovering a car, please remove your shoes first.
*** Please remember there is NO selling in the store. We are running a business and we rely on sales to stay open. If you are going to pay the rent, then maybe we can talk...you don't see people standing outside repair shops trying to sell car parts to customers who are trying to get repairs...if you want to sell something, it goes through the store, and you will get credit, otherwise be respectful and don't sell in the store. It's already hard enough competition with online stores. Otherwise you'll be back drifting in the streets and underground parking lots if the store shuts down. If you're caught selling in the store or outside the store, you will be asked to leave and you will not be allowed to return. Ever (and that is a long time)😬
Have fun. This is a fun event 😁 and we want everyone to enjoy themselves. Be courteous to people around you, its going to be busy and crowed and everyone needs to play a part in keeping it fun.😁
