Synopsis:
A passion project by acclaimed director Andrea Lodovichetti, Pescamare focuses on the intense lives of fishermen in Fano, Italy, how they deal with the demanding and difficult lives they lead, and their enduring love for the sea. Weaving together the fishermen’s stories with poetry in the region’s dialect, Pescamare has won many awards internationally.
