Life. Death. And Life Again.
Life finds a way. These short films capture humanity's innate ability to find hope in the face of loss, creativity in the face of destruction, and survival in the face of death. Themes of nature, movement, resilience, and rebirth are all explored in this collection of experimental films which push the boundaries of the medium.

Un alabao (3 mins)
Director's statement: "It is the spring of 2021 as I watch Colombia, my second home, erupt in violence. Through the tiny window of my phone, I watched as impassioned citizens fought against a tyrannical government. It tore my heart witnessing a place that had filled my life with so much joy and warmth become a hole of darkness and despair; but then again Colombia has had a long history on this troubled road."
Orbital Discourse (8 mins)
Director's statement: "We are living in a time when people rely heavily on second-hand sources of information to educate themselves and form opinions about the world around them. Orbital Discourse was born out of feeling overwhelmed by the ideological bickering that seems prevalent in today’s society. People not listening to each other and just arguing to be right."
Uqi (17 mins)
A cult leader gets caught in his own web at the worst possible time.
With filmmakers in attendance
