Santa Cruise 2025: LA's Biggest Holiday Group Ride!

🎄 Get ready to sleigh the streets! Saturday, December 6th, we're throwing the most unforgettable holiday event in Los Angeles. Join us for the Santa Cruise—a festive all wheels welcome rolling parade and and night of holiday shenanigans with your favorite skate crews!

Starting Location: Santa Monica City Hall, 1685 Main Street, Santa Monica, CA 90401
Dress Code: Deck yourself in your most festive attire—Santa suits, elf outfits, reindeer antlers, or light up like a Christmas tree! We're turning the streets into a winter wonderland.

A joyful 6-mile cruise through the streets of Santa Monica & Venice, great for all skill levels and ages. We just require attendees to have previous riding experience and mastery of stopping before attending this event.

Surprise stops along the way with holiday games, entertainment, and treats.

Skateboards, rollerblades, bikes, scooters—if you roll, you're invited! Just make sure you're confident with basic road skills and stopping.

Santa Cruise has always been more than a holiday party for us. It’s a reminder of why we skate, ride, and move together. Every December, we hit the streets side by side to spread a little joy, connect with our beautiful city, and show what’s possible when we share the road.

For those of us who get around with active transportation—whether that’s skates, bikes, or boards—you probably know that riding together is both a celebration and a statement. It’s how we remind LA that these streets belong to the people too. That joy and movement have a place here, and that when we all come together, it's pure magic.

Showing up for events like this helps grow visibility and build momentum for safer street initiatives.

Grab your friends, throw on something festive, and join the ride. It’s one of our favorite nights of the year and a chance to light up the streets, meet new faces, and dance through life together.

Beyond the Board is an LA-based 501(c)3 non-profit founded by Brandon DesJarlais that uses skateboarding to empower people with confidence and build community. They host weekly meet-ups in Santa Monica with their local chapter - Vibe Ride.

Skate Hunnies are a female-founded roller skate community in Los Angeles. They host weekly meetups, including their popular Thursday Night Skate, offering a fun, welcoming space for skaters of all levels. Started in 2020 by Jen Yonda, the group aims to spread joy through movement & empower women through skating.

Info: Join us for our iconic holiday group ride through West LA. The route is a 6 mile beginner friendly loop from Santa Monica to Venice and back. Expect music, dancing, and several surprises along the way. We ask everyone joining the group ride to be able and confident with stopping and basic road skating skills. All Wheels Welcome!

Info: We'll keep the vibes high with an after party at Loaded HQ. It's the holiday party you never knew you needed, where you can dance the night away and continue to connect with new and old friends that you met along the ride. No outside food or drink allowed, there will be food & drink available for purchase on-site. Everyone will need a ticket to attend the after party.
