Santa Baby Cupcakes: chocolate cake + peppermint buttercream

Learn how to make Muddy's famous "Santa Baby" cupcakes from scratch... really two recipes in one!

• Make dreamy pink peppermint buttercream
• Assemble cupcakes using basic piping technique
• Learn lots of baking tips you can apply to other recipes

• Meet and learn alongside fun folks
• And you'll take home LOTS of cupcakes you made yourself!

No prior baking experience needed. This recipe is uses a stand mixer (new to mixers? check out our tutorial!). Adults only please (age 15+). By registering, you agree to our terms & conditions.

ABOUT MUDDY'S HANDS-ON BAKING CLASSES

Muddy's hands-on baking classes are in-depth AND fun! Class sizes are small so students have ample opportunity for guidance & questions. Your instructor will demonstrate every step of the recipe and be available as you try each step yourself. You will have your own work table and will complete the entire recipe... and of course, you'll leave with your goodies!

Who should participate? Anyone age 15+ who is looking to learn, wants to have fun, or just enjoys baking in company. (We occasionally offer youth classes and those are clearly marked as such).

Are classes wheelchair accessible? Our tables are height-adjustable, so if you need special accommodations, just let us know ahead of time and we'll be sure to have the table and your spot all ready for you!

What about cancellations? Classes are small and space is limited, so all ticket sales are final. Please check the date/time carefully before booking. If you cannot make it to your class, you may gift your ticket to a friend. If Muddy's must cancel the event for any reason, we will inform you asap and fully refund your ticket.
