Devonport’s favourite Christmas tradition is back and bigger than ever! Join us on Sunday 7 December 2025 for Santa’s Street Spectacular — a full afternoon and evening of festive fun for the whole community.
The celebrations begin with the much-loved Devonport Christmas Parade at 4:00 pm from Haines Park. This year we’re celebrating a record 40 floats, created by local schools, community groups, clubs, charities and businesses. From dancers and singers to walkers and beautifully decorated floats, there’s so much to enjoy. Entries will also compete for fantastic prizes, including cash prizes for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place, plus special awards from 7AD (best business entry) and Sea FM (best-decorated bikes).
Once the parade concludes, keep the festivities going at Sea FM’s Street Party from 4:30 pm to 6:00 pm. Enjoy food vans, face painting, a Santa photo booth, Christmas crafts, giant lawn games and plenty of interactive fun — a lively lead-in to the evening carols.
The day finishes with Christmas Carols from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm, bringing everyone together to sing along to favourite Christmas songs in a warm and festive community setting.
It’s a full day of Christmas spirit, celebration and connection — the perfect way to welcome the festive season in Devonport.
