Santa’s Grotto is coming to The Bentall Centre!

Get ready to step into a world of festive magic at Santa’s Christmas Grotto right here at The Bentall Centre. Little ones can meet Santa himself, share their Christmas wishes, and take home a special treat to remember the day.

Each family will enjoy their own private meet-and-greet with Santa, creating magical moments to treasure forever. Tickets are available for a £2 donation to Guide Dogs, helping to spread kindness and joy this festive season. The £2 donation fee is per family.

Please note, there won’t be professional photography on site, so make sure your phones are charged and ready to capture those festive smiles!

To make sure every child can experience the magic, we’ll also be hosting SEND-friendly sessions during the first hour of each day. These quieter sessions feature reduced sound, no background music, and a calmer environment, perfect for those with sensory needs. Our friendly team will be on hand to help every step of the way.
