Sankofa Showdown is a statewide scholastic middle school tournament presented as part of Eatonville Rising.
Across four days, students will explore history, leadership, teamwork, and legacy while competing for educational incentives and awards, including $50,000 in cash prizes plus U.S. Savings Bonds for winning students.
The experience builds from recognition and inspiration to academic competition, a final face-off, and an awards breakfast celebrating the next generation of leaders.
Students, families, educators, and supporters can learn more and join the interest list at https://eatonvillerising.com/sankofa-showdown/.
Full schedule and venue details will be announced.
