This is an event for some visibility within the dojo regarding the weekend training event at Bristol South Aikido Dojo - it is open to all people interested in training Dan Harden's Sangenkai material.
Primarily it is an opportunity for people with experience to get together and practice material that they have already learned, but there can be some accommodation for new attendees who are interested.
If you would like to attend but are unsure if it's appropriate for you, please drop me (or Daren, or Stuart) a message/call to discuss or ask in person in the dojo.
Please feel free to share this with anyone you think may be interested in coming along and training - with the caveat that people need to contact me first so that I can ensure there's a sufficient number of experienced people to balance any new people.
