Making a difference and helping others! We will be making bags with sandwiches and toiletries to be distributed to the homeless throughout Chicago neighborhoods January 2023.

*Bottled Water
*Tolietries
-socks
-toothpaste/toothbrush
-hand warmers
-gloves
-hats
-soap
-shampoo
-hand sanitizer
-hair brush
-gift cards ($5 minimum)
*Volunteers needed to make sandwiches and fill care bags

Accepting donations starting now. Please arrange a drop-off time for your items at the Yoga Body Elements studio.
Please RSVP if you will volunteer by donating, helping bag items, and/or help distribute the sandwiches and care bags.

In 2017, we served over 150 homeless and tent cities throughout Chicago.
In 2020, we served 100 homeless throughout the Chicago northside.
In 2021, we served 150 homeless in Chicago.
