**$16/class $25 ground fee per horse/rider entered. Office fee of $10 per entry will be charged, if you preenter this fee is waived
**Schooling until 9:15
**All Starter Classes will Follw Optimum time rules
**All other classes will be first round not timed, with clear round broken by fastest time in shortened jumpoff course
**Formal attire not required, ALL riders must wear approved hard hat with harness. All over fence classes must use approved hard hat with harness.
**Judges decision is final
if entries warrant some classes may be split or combined
