S&S Fall Youth Ranch Day

Welcome to the Fall Youth Ranch Day at S&S Friendly Ranch! A day of community fellowship and environmental exploration. Participants will enjoy hands-on activities that promote sustainability, environmental awareness, and fun.
The event will feature a variety of engaging stations and activities designed to inspire and educate young minds. A rotation plan will be implemented to provide enough time at each station for in-depth activities, with a break for lunch and opportunities for kids to engage in the open space.

Activities Include:

• Open Interactive Area: Communion space, field games, board games, snacks & drinks.
• Animal Care & Interaction: Learn about animal stewardship and care.
• Herbal Sensory Station: Experience a pop-up sensory experience curated by Mother Earth's Learning Center.
• Planting/Gardening: Get hands-on with raised bed gardening transplanting seedlings and sowing seeds.
• Nature Art: Create nature inspired art, and engage with natural materials.
• Composting Worm Bin Exploration: Discover the wonders of composting with worms.
  In addition, we'll have a fun scavenger hunt that spans multiple stations, providing clues and prompts to guide participants through each new activity and keep everyone engaged throughout the day.
