Plan to attend our Inaugural Hyrox Physical Fitness Test (PFT). Not only will this test your fitness but it will give you a baseline to build from for our September re-test and will lead right into preparation for the fall Dallas Hyrox Race for many.
Hyrox is a great adjacency to our first love, CrossFit, but is more focused on endurance and aerobic capacity.
