Featuring the ambient sounds of nature as a lush backdrop to the healing power of Himalayan singing bowls. SANCTUARY is a complete immersion into the world of sound and vibration that will gently guide you into a state of heightened awareness and lasting tranquility. Merging the vibrational energies of over twenty beautifully tuned Himalayan singing bowls, gongs, drums, indigenous flute and the voice, we are transported into blissful awareness where our own inner light is revealed and new life awakens. The Buckminster Fuller Dome (Center for Spirituality & Sustainability) provides the perfect setting for an inspiring sound healing experience!
Please bring your own yoga mat, blanket, pillow, and eye covering (optional). Dress comfortably and bring some water to drink. It's preferable not to eat for an hour prior. Register early to secure your space!
For parking, look for Lot B on the SIUE campus.
