Join Sanctuary Soundbath for a New Year immersion curated to support renewal, clarity, and conscious visioning for the year ahead. Facilitated by two master practitioners Joanna Wiley and Cindy Jack with decades of experience in energetic medicine and sound healing. We begin with intention setting for 2026, shedding the final layer of the serpent’s tail and calling in what your heart truly desires with energy building for upcoming Fire Horse New Year medicine coming towards us!

Then, we move into a Peruvian standing breathwork practice: an ancestral, lineage-based technique used to clear stagnation from the body, awaken life force energy, and ground you fully into the present moment. This is not typical breathwork. It is a ceremonial practice traditionally used to prepare the energetic body for deeper attunements.

After, you will be guided through a gentle seated 5D activation meditation, designed to soften your mind, regulate your nervous system, and create spaciousness - allowing you to consciously release the old year and open to what is ready to be birthed in 2026.

As you lay down, our sacred space shifts into a full ceremonial sound bath. Our sounds unfold while we take turns moving gently through the room, offering hands-on energetic support: cutting cords, harmonizing the heart, and supporting integration within a safe container.

This is not a passive sound bath.
It is an immersive restoration for your body, mind, and soul.

We close with an integration circle, grounding the experience, sharing reflections, and anchoring your intentions into the body and your clear path forward.
