Your leader 🌿

Sanctuary is led by Alfie Jones, an experienced facilitator, choir leader, singer-songwriter and professional musician. Alfie has been singing in choirs since he was 8 and lives to see people discover the joy of using their voices together.

What to bring? 🌿

£9/£12/£15 sliding scale tickets available. PLEASE book via Eventbrite ahead of the events. Come as you are! Wear clothes you feel comfortable in and bring a water bottle if you can. Please arrive a few minutes early.

We could add loads of stuff here about how this culture has lost its roots of ritual and sound, and how you will leave with a deeply regulated nervous system, connection with your self and others... How what we do is both dynamic and sensitive, is trauma-informed... and the powerful magic of bioresonance... but honestly, you just gotta' come experience it to know it.

There is ususally a lovely community social afterwards with cacao and so factor in time 60-90 mins afterwards if you want to join in with this also!
