Sanctuary of Sound: A Sound Bath Experience

Join us for Sound Sanctuary, an intentional sound bath designed to support grounding, balance, and gentle intention-setting as we move into the year. Through the resonance of sound, participants are invited to rest the nervous system, release accumulated tension, and reconnect with a sense of inner steadiness and presence.

This experience is held in a sacred sanctuary prepared with intention, softly illuminated by candlelight, with plush floor mats, pillows, and blankets, surrounded by crystals placed to support grounding, energetic balance, and alignment. Everything needed for comfort is provided—participants are simply invited to arrive and rest.
