$25 cash or Venmo at the door/$20 first‐timers & those in need.
Rebekah is an accredited 5Rhythms teacher & a member of the 5Rhythms Teacher Association.
This class is a Waves level class, open to all dancers & suitable for beginners—there are no prerequisites required or steps to learn!
Waves is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we develop our physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms. This class counts towards the 5Rhythms Training Path.
