Join Coach Cee for the Debut of Sanctified Sweat — a high-energy cardio kickboxing and dance fitness experience designed to strengthen your body, uplift your spirit, and help you release the stress of everyday life.
This faith-based workout blends cardio movement, kickboxing-inspired exercises, and beginner-friendly dance fitness set to gospel, Christian hip hop, and inspirational music that keeps the energy high and the atmosphere positive.
Whether you’re starting your fitness journey, looking for community, or simply need a safe space to move and reset, Sanctified Sweat welcomes you exactly as you are. No dance experience is required — just come ready to sweat, smile, and apply pressure to old habits.
All fitness levels are welcome.

By registering for this event, I understand dance fitness involves physical activity and inherent risks. I am voluntarily participating and I confirm that I am physically able to do so or have consulted a physician. I assume all risks of participation and release and waive claims against Coach Cee, the instructor, staff, and venue for ordinary negligence in connection with my participation, except for claims resulting from gross negligence or willful misconduct. I consent to emergency medical care if needed. I also consent to being photographed and recorded and to the use of my image and voice for promotional and educational purposes without further notice or compensation. If I prefer not to be recorded, I will notify the organizer for reasonable accommodations. If under 18, a parent or legal guardian must consent.
