The Breath - The Sanatawa breathwork technique is circular, and abdominal. We focus on the diaphragm as we unlock its potential and you will experience emotional, and physical release. The release will be the long stuffed energy that has been locked within the body. This breathwork technique envelops you into your body as it propels rapid healing on a physical and neurological level. We utilize physical and vocal toning to stimulate the meridians in the body recycling the energy back into the light wheels (chakras) creating potential for kundalini awakening.

The session starts with background in prana life force energy (breath), after we will set intentions, the group will experience a tailored guided meditation prior to the breath giving you the opportunity to embody your intentions through the five senses. After the meditation we will launch the breath.

Guided Soundbath- Jadin delacorte will envelope the room by wings of sound. creating a seamless tempo to match the dance of your heart. Jadins omni presence will create a rivers of love and abundance directly giving the essence of life your hearts garden craves. Sound assists the body in the releasing of the suppressed emotional energy, recharging and rejuvenating you into a higher vibration. Singing Bowls, Gong, Drums, Didgeridoo, Rain Stick and Binaural Beats builds into your perfect experience.

Guided meditation- Theta Healer Seattle Zion will guide you into lucid scenescapes calling forth the divinity within you to awaken. Divinely orchestrated by higher self, she will provide you the tools to secure your highest timeline with ease and grace. As you bravely journey forth in your lavish scenescape and vivid imagination you will be invited to bravely hold both sides of the coin of light and darkness.
