Join HWNT Dallas for a discussion on the idea of emotions stored in organs, followed by a sound bath ceremony. Together, we can promote healing in our community and improve individual well-being.

Speakers are Dr. Nancy Caro of Conexion Acupuncture and Annette Murillo of Ary Retreats.

The first ten individuals to purchase a ticket will receive a yoga mat for the sound bath ceremony. Please bring your own yoga mat or blanket to enhance your experience.

Refreshments: Light snacks, dessert, wine, and soft drinks will be provided.
