San Francisquito Creek Multi-Agency Coordination (SFC MAC) Group

Come join us at the Mitchell Park Community Center (Palo Alto Room) for the SFC MAC Table Top Exercise! This is in-person gathering to establish standard operating procedures pertaining to how CIty of Palo Alto, Neighboring jurisdictions, and outside agencies cooperate durring significant flooding around the San Francisquito Creek region.

Objectives for the TTX will focus on some core areas under the Mission Area of Response such as:

- Levels of emergency based on inundation information

-Inundation Triggers/thresholds

-Assessing infrastructure and interpreting status as it relates to the emergency levels

-Operational Coordination: understanding the role that the Joint Power Authority (JPA)

has with respect to inundation emergencies

-Re-evaluate agreements and emergency plans between jurisdictions and agencies I.E.

EAPs, MAC Emergency Plans and Processes as well as Mutual Assistance.

-Standardization regarding: language, metrics, capabilities

-Joint Information System capability/readiness
