San Francisco Social Solitude Stroll & Benefit!

Events surrounded with new people in loud venues can feel uncomfortable and pressure filled, especially if you feel social anxiety to any degree

Our “Quietly Connected” outdoor stroll is produced with this in mind and will guide you through one of the city’s most beautiful treasures, Golden Gate Park, allowing for optional meaningful interactions in a relaxed atmosphere where you can talk/meet people if you like or simply enjoy more of a solo experience with fellow company at your side

**What to Expect:

At 2PM, gather with your fellow strollers at a designated spot in the park (emailed to ticket holders). Make sure to bring water, a hat, layers, comfortable shoes, and maybe a snack in case you get hungry

Everyone will get two different colored wrist bands to optionally wear which communicate either "open to chatting" or "enjoying keeping to myself right now". Feel free to switch up the colors at any time based on how you are feeling

Once we are all together, we will begin to walk through lush Golden Gate Park, taking in the peaceful serene nature views and refreshing fall air all while getting your steps in. We are happy to say there will be no loud tour guide yapping at you, rather a very friendly lady named Lizzy leading you along the way
The walk will take around 90 min with zero incline, making it easy and entry level and you can dip in and out any time. We will also take some breaks along the way

Enjoy the walk however you like: listen to your own music, walk while reading, bring your pets, bring your kids, keep to yourself, and/or engage in gentle conversation with fellow walkers. This walk is all about what you feel like in any given moment, no pressure, anything goes

Your "Stroll Leader" Lizzy is a communication coach who if you prefer, can provide warm introductions to other people in the group should you like to engage but would rather not initiate

**Why It’s Great for Socializing:

This stroll encourages organic connections through shared experiences and quiet conversations. Your Stroll Leader Lizzy will have conversation starter cards as well should you like to take advanage to help foster easy conversations. Taking a walk with new people gives you the opportunity to bond over a mutual experience where talking can flow or naturally fade out without feeling ackward. Socialize on your own terms, without any expectations

The best part? A portion of all sales will be donated to Urban Angels SF which “gives dignity and hope to unhoused men, women and children living in San Francisco and those living at the poverty level by rallying community support to provide them with frontline aid."

Your ticket price will be going towards benefiting a good cause which makes the experience even more meaningful and memorable
