Come experience the power of drumming, connect with others and let the rhythm move you. This is a Sacred space for healing & transitional inner work coupled with fun and a good vibe.
Let's keep up this exciting momentum ~ We definitely receive the health benefits of drumming as we boost our immune system while connecting with others in community. We have an amazing night including a sound journey with Gongs, meditation, Chanting, Drumming and Dancing.
LET'S DRUM and DANCE! Our Women's Drum Circle is a safe place for all levels of drumming experience, or just come and enjoy the vibe. Plenty of Drums are provided or bring your own instrument.
We have a marketing table and support one another. Feel free to bring your business cards, flyers for upcoming events.
DRUM CIRCLE LOCATION:
John D.Spreckels Masonic Lodge 3858 Front St. S.D. 92103 (S/W corners of Front & University Masonic Lodge building)
DRUM CLASS:
5:00- 6:15 pm Helen Coyne will be teaching all-level drum class. Drums provided $15
Special Guest: Sherry DuSoleil will be leading us in a beautiful chant. Sherry DuSoleil is a New Thought singer, voice-actor, poet, and Freemason. With a 23 year background in holistic healing and meditation facilitation, her healing energy influences every facet of her professional life. Her music and poetry cater to Women’s Equality and releasing old trauma bonds. She is the creator the one-woman show, “I Am Here: A Story of the Unbreakable Spirit,” and she is the current Director of Music for the only recognized Masonic Lodge for Women in the United States, located in Washington DC. As a voice-actor, her voice can be heard in several unsuspecting places, to include an ad for a new language-learning app, which will be broadcast internationally later this
