The San Diego Ice Mixer brings together players from across San Diego County and beyond for a weekend of competitive hockey and community. Whether you're returning for another tournament or joining us for the first time, we can't wait to see you on the ice.

Dates & Times
Friday, August 28 – Sunday, August 30, 2026
First game: Friday at 6:30 PM
Championship games conclude: Approximately 5:00 PM on Sunday
Player Check-In: Please arrive 45–60 minutes before your first scheduled game.
Games begin Friday evening and conclude Sunday afternoon.
A detailed schedule will be released after registration closes.
Divisions
Choose the division that best fits your skill level:
🏒 Casual
Perfect for newer players, recreational skaters, and those looking for a fun, laid-back tournament experience.
🏒 Open
Designed for intermediate-level players looking for a balanced mix of competition and fun.
🏒 Competitive
Fast-paced, high-level hockey for experienced and advanced players.
Divisions may be adjusted based on registration numbers to ensure the best tournament experience for everyone.
Tournament Schedule
- Friday: Opening games begin at 6:30 PM (two divisions)
- Saturday: Full day of tournament play beginning at 8:00 AM
- Sunday: Consolation games followed by championship games for each division
A detailed game schedule will be released after registration closes.
Awards & Prizes
- Championship trophy awarded to the winning team in each division

- Tournament raffle with sponsor prizes
Registration & Refund Policy
- All registrations are final and non-refundable.
- Registration is for the entire tournament weekend (August 28–30, 2026).
- Partial registrations, prorated pricing, or discounts for missed games are not available.
- Players are responsible for the full registration fee, regardless of the number of games or days they attend.
Returning Player Discount
Players who participated in the April 2026 San Diego Ice Mixer may qualify for a returning player discount by reusing their tournament jersey.
To qualify, you must:
- Have played in the April 2026 tournament.
- Register using the Returning Player Registration ticket.
- Bring and wear your April 2026 reversible Ice Mixer jersey throughout the tournament.
- Understand that a new jersey will not be provided.
Important: If you register as a returning player and arrive without your April 2026 jersey, you will not be permitted to play.
Registration closes Friday, August 21, 2026, or when all divisions are full.
