Welcome to our San Diego Dreamers Journal Club!

San Diego Dreamers is a wellness-inspired womens group that was founded by two therapists, Hannah Brooks (Whole Wellness Therapy) & Victoria Johnk, who are passionate about creating more opportunities for connection in our community.

Making friends as adults can be challenging, especially in a city. San Diego Dreamers brings an opportunity to connect on a deeper level through providing a warm & loving environment meant to encourage and empower each other! We host a monthly journaling group, creativity workshops, and other group events centered in wellness and community building.

Our Journal Club meets on the first monday of the month to spend time writing and discussing deeper subjects that help us become more in tune with ourselves. Our topics are pre-selected and deal with themes of building healthier relationships, improving self-esteem, and overall healing and wellness.

The event will be held at The Oasis Patio Bar, so grab a drink, relax, and let's talk about all of our dreams :) See you there!

DETAILS

• This venue requires a ONE DRINK MINIMUM or food purchase at the coffee cart or bar
• Street parking available outside of the venue.
• We start the event at 5:30 with a 15 minute window to purchase drinks & food, and check out the jewlery shop and clothing store on site
• Our Jornaling will start promptly at 5:45pm, where we'll introduce the weekly topic, have time for journaling, reflection, and conversation.
• The group ends promptly at 7:00pm, but feel free to hang out until closing
