This intimate breath work and cold plunge event will commence with a cacao ceremony and community connection. These practices are the most healing and powerful I have ever found. When combined with the power of cacao, these events are truly something special!
Both breath and cold have incredible physiological benefits but my favorite part about them is they allow us into the deeper layers of ourself.
