San Antonio is Military City, USA — and this event was created with that in mind.

The San Antonio Military Self-Care Fair is a fast-paced, action-oriented wellness experience designed for service members, veterans, military spouses, families, and our broader community. This is not a lecture series or a sit-all-day conference. It’s a hands-on, come-as-you-are event built around practical tools that support resilience, readiness, and real-life stress management.

Throughout the fair, you’ll move at your own pace through a series of self-care stations based on the 8 domains of whole-person wellness — physical, emotional, psychological, spiritual, social, financial, occupational, and environmental. Each station is designed to be completed in just a few minutes and offers simple, tactical tools you can use immediately.

Expect quick reset techniques, grounding tools, resource connections, and practical takeaways that support:

• Operational stress management
• Reintegration and transition support
• Military spouse and family resilience
• Financial and occupational readiness
• Nervous system recovery and restoration

We’re also proud to offer calming experiences such as guided sound bath sessions to support relaxation and nervous system reset.

Participation is always optional, and you are welcome to engage in ways that feel right for you.

Whether you stay for 15 minutes or the full event, this experience is about equipping you with tools that strengthen readiness — at home, at work, and in service.
