SAMSAT In Person CAMP: Photography: Picture This!

Come have fun at SAMSAT by learning the basic principles of photography and the science behind it. Students will have the opportunity to explore the way cameras work. However, it is not all about pointing and shooting. A good photographer studies and understands the ways needed to create composition to influence a viewer’s eyes. In addition, you will be introduced to some basic graphic design by utilizing photo editing software. YOU will end the In Person camp by presenting your own art exhibit!

• In Person camps are $285, however scholarships are available, please email [email protected]
• Camp times: 9AM-3PM
• Drop off starts at 8:30 AM
• Pickup at 3 PM
• Campers must bring lunch, NO refrigeration and NO microwave available
• Registration paperwork needed
• Personal camera not needed. SAMSAT will provide a camera to use during camp days or a cell phone can be used.
• Campers must be 6th grade and older to attend camp.

Camp registration paperwork will be emailed to the email address used to register for this IN PERSON camp. Please fill out registration paperwork and send back ASAP. This camp will be at SAMSAT (102 Mabry Dr.; 78226).
