SAMI-X KARAMBIT MODULE 1+2!The karambit has its origins in Southeast Asia.
According to initial documentation, it was used from the 11th century onwards in the Philippines, Malaysia and Indonesia as a tool for field work before the special blade was used for traditional martial arts and self-defense.
Even today, the karambit knife is still a very popular self-defence tool and is also available in various versions in the West.
The claw-shaped blade and the ring at the end of the handle are the hallmarks and typical features of this weapon.
The karambit is the perfect close-quarter weapon, i.e. particularly suitable for short range.
The typical shape of this blade has its special advantages, and the techniques are - due to the handling - even more special than with the classic knife.
In this course, we focus on learning or improving the handling of the karambit and internalizing different techniques, concepts and principles.
You can also get to know and practise some important parts of our special karambit MODULE.
Practice handling, basics, our new karambit form, partner drills, as well as martial arts and self-defense applications with this cool weapon!
The course is suitable for beginners and advanced students alike.
Practice karambits are of course available to borrow.
During training, we emphasize the fun of movement, self-control and respect
respect for the training partner!
