Samhain Celebration - Saturday Yoga and Gong!Samhain (a Gaelic word pronounced “sow-win”) is a pagan religious festival originating from an ancient Celtic tradition.
It is usually celebrated from October 31 to November 1 and welcomes in the harvest and “the dark half of the year.”
This is said to be a time where the boundaries between the phsycial and the spiritual world are finer. Hence the halloween celebrations around Ghosts and the dead.
We will be celebrating a lighter connection to spirit, and bringing light and new beginnings into this realm where we can start to manifest dreams and wellbeing into realit

Yoga 2.00pm - 2.45pm
Gong Deep Relaxation 2.45pm - 3.30pm
* Sound helps you to relax, completely!
* Allow the world to melt away as you surround yourself with the healing vibrations of the Gongs and Singing Bowls.
* Enjoy a long lasting relaxation that will stay with you throughout the day and beyond.
* Please bring a blanket, a pillow and something warm to lie on.
Booking is essential as these sessions fill up very quickly!
Sound healing works holistically by helping to bring back a state of natural balance to the body, as vibrations of sound pass through the body on a cellular level, the body begins to heal itself.
