Join the SAME Northern Virginia Post for our August Networking Luncheon as we celebrate the annual transition of our Board of Directors and welcome keynote speaker, Angela R. Flores, Facilities Division Chief, Headquarters U.S. Air Force, Directorate of Civil Engineers (AF/A4C).
Ms. Flores will provide an update on the U.S. Air Force Military Construction (MILCON) program, including how the Air Force is leveraging new MILCON authorities and innovative delivery approaches to modernize its worldwide infrastructure portfolio. She will also discuss the status of several major MILCON projects and share insights into where and how these new authorities are being implemented across the enterprise. With responsibility for policy and oversight of the Air Force's $420 billion facilities portfolio and more than $15 billion in annual infrastructure investments, Ms. Flores offers a strategic perspective that will be valuable to government, industry, and A/E/C professionals alike.
