ALL "pay by check" options MUST be received NO LATER then February 10, 2023, after this date, you will not be allowed entry unless you have a credit card to pay at the time you arrive unless other arrangements have been made in advance with either Stacey Higgins or Tabitha Abnet.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing NO LATER than 5:00 PM on February 10, 2023 for a full refund (less administrative costs if paid through Paypal and/or Eventbrite). No-shows and cancellations made after this deadline are responsible for the full cost of registration, sponsorship, exhibitor fee, etc. No-shows who elected to pay by check will be billed after the event. All refunds will be processed starting March 10, 2023.
