Join the Society of American Military Engineers Washington DC Post for an evening that brings together military leaders, government professionals, and the A/E/C industry to celebrate excellence, service, and impact.

MENU AND DINING EXPERIENCE
Begin the evening with a Welcome Reception and Cocktail Hour in the Holeman Lounge.

Includes entrée selection, bread, salad, and dessert and coffee station.

- Filet Mignon Au Poivre with almond potatoes and spinach parmesan soufflé
(Default entrée for late registrations) - Roasted Chicken with pan gravy, country mashed potatoes, and tarragon green beans
- Acorn Squash with wild rice, cranberries, pecans, braised greens, and cider reduction (Vegan and gluten-free option)
Dietary Restrictions and Special Requests
Entrée selections and dietary restrictions must be indicated during Eventbrite registration for individual ticket holders.
Guests requiring vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, or other dietary accommodations should note their request in the registration form.

REFUNDS & TRANSFERS
Refunds
- Individual tickets are refundable until Monday, January 19, 2026 at noon EST
Eventbrite fees, listed at ticket purchase, are not refundable - Group discounted tickets and sponsorship tickets are non-refundable
- Regular-priced registration closes on Friday, January 23 at noon EST
- Registrations after this deadline will be charged the walk-in rate, if capacity allows
Ticket Transfers
- Individual tickets may be transferred one time only at no additional cost
- Transfers must requested no later than Friday, January 23 at noon EST AND be completed no later than Friday, January 23 at 11:59 pm EST
- An assigned promo code must be used to register the new ticket holder
- Once transferred, tickets are not eligible for additional transfers
- All refund policies and deadlines apply to transferred tickets
Group and Sponsorship Ticket Assignments
- Sponsorship and group seating is assigned on a first-come, first-reserved basis
