SAME DC & Mid-MD - Mar 26 - Bowling Lunch & SAME Foundation FUN-raiser

Join the SAME DC and Mid-Maryland Posts for an after-Cap-Week active social networking lunch and bowling at Pinstripes nearby. All net proceeds from this event will be donated to the SAME Foundation (www.same.org/foundation), supporing leadership and mentoring programs, STEM Camps, creditialing and more at the SAME National level. Make a bigger impact in the A/E/C community by joining us at this event after Cap Week with a FUN-raiser you won't want to miss!

Separate registration from SAME Cap Week (www.samecapweek.org) is required to attend. You don't have to attend Cap Week to register for this event. All members and non-members are invited to participate in this social networking and FUN-raiser event.

AGENDA

12:00 pm - Registration desk opens (pick up name tags / select bowling teams and lanes)

12:30 pm - Welcome from the SAME DC and Mid-Maryland Posts. Buffet lunch is served, includes water / tea / soda; Cash bar available.

2:30 pm - Bowling games conclude. Event concludes at 3:00 pm

Bowling is not required for this event. You can attend for lunch and networking, or join in on the games!

Government rate is only for current DOD (Department of Defense), VA (Veteran Affairs) and other civilian Federal Government Agency employees representing their government agency at the event. Registrant will need to register with a “.gov” or “.mil” email domain. Registration without the “.gov” or “.mil” email domain will be cancelled. Consultants for a government agency should not use this ticket to register, even if you have a government email address, unless you are directly representing the government agency at this event.

Non-profit rate is for those representing a non-profit organization, such as an industry representative or academic institution as an attendee. Students who are full-time at their institution and not representing a firm or organization as an intern can use the non-profit rate. This event is more than just a networking opportunity—it’s a FUN-raiser benefiting the SAME Foundation! Your registration supports our mission, and we truly appreciate your contribution.

Because this is a FUN-raiser, we are unable to offer refunds, but thank you for your generous donation! We do understand that plans can change, so we are happy to accommodate ticket transfers until Monday, March 24 at noon. Please note that no day-of transfers will be available.

For those who decide to join us last minute, walk-in registrations will be accepted as long as space allows—so don’t miss out!
