Description: 

Cyntech is a Houston Based Small Business manufacturer that provides Helical Piles and related anchoring systems to industry across the globe. Established in 1981, we have provided over 92K Helicals of various sizes to our clients for projects in over 20 countries. Our team works with Foundation contractors, General Contractors, Industry Partners, and engineers to develop a cost effective, safe, and timely foundation or ground improvement solution in a variety of project environments.

Today’s presentation will focus on the use and advantages of Helicals and where they can be considered going forward when planning a facility foundation or for a ground improvement technique or for other uses soil conditions are marginal. Recent project examples will be provided and discussed.


Garrett Dietrich is a graduate of Texas State University and has over 15 years’ experience supporting construction efforts across the US. Garrett has been involved over the past 8 years in the evolution and adoption of helical pile foundations for construction markets in North America, as well as worldwide. As Vice President of Business Development for Cyntech, he leads our efforts in growing our footprint for helical piling foundations, pipeline anchoring solutions, and helical rigid inclusions.

Samuel Ansara is a graduate of the College of Wooster, Wooster Ohio with a degree in Geology. Sam has worked primarily in the federal contracting world for the past 25+ years working on some of the most challenging and high profile environmental, construction and disaster response projects across the US. Recently, Sam joined Cyntech as the Midwest Business Development Lead and has worked to develop awareness to General Contractors, site improvement contractors and foundation contractors across the US.


Registration runs through June 19th.  Walk-in attendees are encouraged at the meeting, but the catered lunch is only available to those registering by June 19th.

Check-in begins at 11:30AM the day of the luncheon, followed by networking until the presentation begins at noon.

There is no need to print tickets or bring them with you.

• Participants must not attend if someone in their household has tested positive for COVID-19 within 5 days prior to the start of the event

• Participants will quarantine and must not participate further in the event if they experience any symptoms of COVID-19 while onsite

• All participants must follow all guidelines while traveling including those set by transportation carriers, airports, and other transportation facilities being used.

• All participants should follow everyday preventative actions to help prevent the spread of germs such as washing hands often and/or using hand sanitizer. Hand sanitizer stations will be available throughout the event and venue.

• Participants will quickly abide by enforcement measures requested.
