Join us for our monthly lunch meeting at the TSU Business Incubation Center where we'll catch up, network, and hear a great presentation from Steven Fox (AECOM) on Supporting Mission Readiness Through Strategic Asset Management.

The presentation is about supporting the Tennessee Department of Military in evaluating existing assets, identifying priority needs, and planning facility improvements that respond to current operational demands while supporting long-term stewardship. This presentation will highlight how engineering assessments and asset management practices can inform budgeting, risk reduction, and capital planning across a diverse portfolio of facilities. Examples of this work include stormwater management evaluations, building performance assessments, accessibility improvements, structural assessments, slope stabilization and repair, and property condition assessments. The presentation will focus on the broader value of coordinated, data-informed planning without discussing specific facilities or sensitive project details.
