Join us for an electrifying 90-minute Samba workshop straight from Rio! Start with our invigorating Zumba warm-up to get your body moving then dive into the passionate rhythms of Samba from Brazil's most famous Carnival.

Designed for beginners our workshop ensures you feel comfortable and confident as you embark on your dance journey. You'll master the basic arm and footwork and energetic body movements that make Samba such a mesmerizing dance.

Meet our Dance Teacher

Paola Aparicio a certified Zumba instructor and experienced personal trainer with a deep passion for dance. Growing up surrounded by the vibrant rhythms of Latin America Paola's expertise spans samba merengue salsa cumbia tobas caporales tinku and more. However it is samba that truly captures her heart.

Born into a rich Latin American cultural heritage Paola began dancing samba in her early teens. Her love for the dance and Brazilian culture blossomed as she participated in numerous carnivals and dance performances across Sweden and even at one of Rio de Janeiro's oldest samba schools.

With years of teaching experience Paola has mastered the art of samba no pé and has shared her passion at various events both in Sweden and internationally. Her classes are not just workouts but joyous celebrations of life infused with energy joy and the infectious spirit of dance.
