About this Event
Professional Brazilian samba de gafieira artists will be teaching thematic workshops for all levels over this two day, two night cultural exchange.
In addition, Gafieira Los Angeles will host parties on Friday and Saturday nights so that you can practice your new moves!
The 'Full Pass' ticket option includes:
9 hours dance instruction
2 simultaneous classes in different rooms so that you can choose the best one for you
10+ hours social dancing
2 bailes
1 concert
The intensive is comprised of the following events*:
Friday, July 10th
9pm-1am: Social
Dress Code: TBD
B.Y.O.B.
Music will be mainly samba with a sprinkling of other rhythms (forro, bolero, zouk)
Saturday, July 11th
Daytime: Workshops (hours TBD)
9pm-1am: Samba Social
Dress code: TBD
Sunday, July 12th
11am-3pm: Workshops
3pm-5pm: Afternoon Social
