Ra-Ve Cultural Foundation is proud to bring another scintillating Indian traditional musical performance to Northwest Arkansas. Featuring the Flute Sisters, this new event will bring together something old and something new in a production called “Samay - a Journey through time”. The Flute Sisters will be accompanied by Shri Satyajeet Talwalkar on the Tabla and Shri Mrinal Upadhyay on the Pakhawaj.The flute is a simple instrument but has stood the test of time bringing much peace to many souls. The pakhawaj is an ancient instrument, typically used in Hindustani music concerts and will be paired with the tabla which is a comparatively more modern instrument.
