Your retreat includes a 7-night stay at the tranquil Monkey Valley Resort nestled between the Noordhoek side of the Table Mountain range and the 3.7-mile stretch of Long beach just a few steps away, where we will enjoy our sunrise Sun Salutation and Chakra meditation each morning. You will also be exploring a number of different Sacred Sites over your week-long stay with tours being hosted by founder and CEO of the Sacred Sites Foundations of Southern Africa, Dean Liprini. As well as finding yourself being inspired each night by our host of ‘Fire Side Talks’ guest speakers.
For those choosing the Explora Ticket, you’ll enjoy an additional three tours set to take you on a mini-adventure to see explore the best Cape Town has to offer. From the icon Cape Point where two oceans meet, to the top of Table Mountain, a Natural World Wonder and thirteenth World Chakra.
