A hugely respected DJ in his hometown of Birmingham and long-term resident for club nightsincluding Leftfoot and Magic Door, Sam Redmore truly broke onto the UK music scene in 2022,serving up slice after slice of original eclectic dancefloor goodness with debut album UniversalVibrations, a release packed full of quality global grooves that had the ability to light up any party.Radio support came fast, with BBC 6 Music spinning tracks from the album hundreds of times(including over 100 plays for the single Nagu) and Sam contributing guest DJ mixes for a widevariety of shows including Craig Charles, Huey Morgan, Afrodeutsche and Cerys Matthews. Thealbum also picked up spins on BBC Radio 1, NTS, Rinse FM, Worldwide FM, Jazz FM (where it wasawarded Album of the Week), plus overseas support from the likes of KCRW (LA), FIP (France) and2SER (Australia).October 2024 saw Sam release his second album, Modulate. Receiving strong support across theboard, Modulate is a collection of music made with the dancefloor firmly in mind, involving acombination of electronic and programmed sounds with organic, live instrumentation.
