Experience a full spectrum of grounding, creative, and wellness-focused practices with SAM Body + Mind: Activity Days. Designed to rejuvenate both inner and outer worlds, each session offers a mix of mindful movement, quiet reflection, hands-on creativity, and holistic care.Participate in gentle Qigong to awaken your energy, enjoy replenishing moments with acupuncture, or settle into the calm of silent reading in a peaceful shared space. Explore your artistic side with natural dye and art-making workshops that nourish connections to yourself and the natural world.

9-10 am | Tai Chi/Qigong with Sensei Jody

Art workshop with NW Expressive and Creative Arts Institute
