Join us on Saturday, July 20th at the Score Park Pavilion where several local competitors will be smoking their butts off, PORK BUTTS that is, to find out who makes the best pulled pork in town! Judging will be done by members of the Nevada area and based on multiple categories including the appearance, aroma, texture, seasoning, uniqueness and overall taste of each entry! Judges will be served at 10:45am. The winner will be announced at 1pm! Sandwiches and meals will be available to the public for purchase from 11am-2pm. There will be sides and drinks available for purchase as well!
