Chef Jomar - from our sister property Citadines Bacolod City, brings 31 years of culinary experience, from Italianniโ€™s to serving as Chef de Cuisine in Brunei. As MIHCA-trained, he has earned multiple top awards, including a Gold Medal with Distinction and the Jade Toque Award. His background promises a dining experience rooted in tradition and refined technique.
Chef Arnel is a certified Food Safety and Hygiene Officer with over 15 years of experience, including a decade with Ascott Philippines, and is now based at Ascott Bonifacio Global City. Heโ€™s skilled in kitchen systems like SCM and IM and brings added insight from running his own food business.
