This is a very small intimate group setting (Max of 4). The cost is $30 per person. (Value is $45-55) This is a prepaid event hosted by Salt Fix Vitality Center and reservations are required. Join Dee Dee for a unique experience and very special yoga class in the beautiful ambiance and health promoting atmosphere of our salt cave. No previous experience is necessary. We will explore slow, healing movements, breathing, and relaxation so that you can give your body and mind what it truly needs. At the same time, you’ll be breathing in the cleansing and anti-inflammatory effects of pure, dry therapeutic-grade salt dispersed from our halogenerator.
Halotherapy, or dry salt therapy, is a natural way to cleanse and detoxify your skin and lungs. Dry salt therapy can benefit people with respiratory issues such as allergies, asthma, sinusitis, smoker’s cough, stress & fatigue. It can expand the airways for increased oxygen flow and capacity to enhance athletic performance and endurance, and enable better recovery time from physical activity and stress.
