Experience Restorative Flow Yoga in our ambient salt cave with Lidija! In this class, we will focus on deep breathing, relaxation and gentle stretching. Lidija will guide you through a series of slow and mindful movements, encouraging you to release tension and stress from your muscles and mind. At the end of the class, you will be invited to rest in savasana, a final relaxation pose that allows you to fully absorb the benefits of the practice. You will leave feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and restored.Paired with the healing benefits of the Himalayan Salt Cave, this truly a one-of-a-kind experience!
