Salt Beef Reuben cultivated their sound whilst performing jazz and funk standards at venues around the South West of England. Maniacal keyboard lines, booming bass and a flurry of furious guitar licks are underpinned by hypnotic grooves from the drum-kit. These elements combine to create an experience that has been described as 'pretty darn spicy'. It's jazz... but louder, angrier and back with a vengeance.
