Salsa Workshop

Don't dance? Love food? Then this is the salsa workshop for you. In this hands-on workshop, you will make 3 different sauces: pesto, romesco, and ali oli. Sample your homemade sauces with some bread and crudité. See how you can transform simple ingredients into icons of Mediterranean cuisine.

What to bring:

• Containers to take your sauces home.

What will be provided:

• Apron
• Ingredients to make pesto, romesco, and ali oli
• Bread and crudité
• White wine during the workshop for an extra 12€
