I will be teaching a plant-based cooking class on April 27th, 2024, from 1-2:30 in Longmount, CO. The class will show you how to make two kinds of seitan, a chickwheat seitan and a deli-style for sandwiches. We'll also show two dishes, a seitan salad with tahini dressing, and a dinner main being planned at this time.
